1. Welcome to Isabella Swimwear
By using our site, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, we kindly ask that you do not use our platform. We are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, including the Commercial Code and Law 45 of 2007 on Consumer Protection.
2. Use of the site
Our site is intended for personal use. You may not use it for illegal or unauthorized purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
3. Products and prices
We strive to display our products accurately, but images and colors may vary depending on your screen. Prices are in balboas (PAB) or US dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors.
4. Orders and payments
By purchasing, you confirm that your information is correct. You agree to pay the total including taxes and shipping. Orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation. We may cancel orders in case of manifest errors or fraud suspicion.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship within Panama and internationally via courier companies. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location, customs, and service availability. Product risk transfers to you once delivered to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure, customs processes, or destination country restrictions.
6. Manufacturing defects and replacements
For our complete shipping, replacement, and manufacturing defect policy, please refer to our Shipping & Care page. Due to the intimate nature of our products, no returns or exchanges are accepted for size, fit, color, or change of mind. Verified manufacturing defect replacements must be reported within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, with items unworn, unwashed, with original tags and hygienic liners intact, and proof of purchase.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site (images, texts, logos, designs) is the property of Isabella Swimwear and is protected by Panama's copyright and trademark laws. Copying or reproducing without our express consent is not permitted.
8. Limitation of liability
Isabella Swimwear shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or our products, unless resulting from willful misconduct or gross negligence. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
9. Consumer protection
We recognize your rights as a consumer under Panama's Law 45 of 2007. If you have any complaint, contact us first to seek an amicable solution before approaching the Consumer Protection and Competition Defense Authority (ACODECO).
10. Changes to terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on the site. We recommend reviewing them periodically.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Panama City, after attempting an amicable solution.
