Nationwide shipping
We ship throughout Panama. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your province and selected service.
International shipping
We ship to the US and other countries via DHL/FedEx. At checkout you pay for the product only (shipping to quote, USD 0). Isabella Swimwear will then contact you with your exact shipping quote and payment link (within 24 hours). Customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Store pickup
Pickup available at Scarlet Rose, near Coco del Mar. Select the pickup option at checkout if available.

Manufacturing defects and replacements
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, color, or change of mind. If your item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it.

- —Manufacturing defect replacements must be reported within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
- —Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and hygienic liners intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- —Damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or improper care is not covered. Sale or personalized items are not eligible for replacement.
